We don't just care about sore backs.
We care about you.

Meet Bridget

Chiropractic has been part of my life for a very long time, experiencing headaches as a child and finding an effective way to manage them through chiropractic brought me to respect and appreciate the profession.

I'm a country girl born and bred and I love the land that surrounds us. I went to school locally, spent some time overseas and then decided to study Chiropractic at RMIT University and graduated in 2013.

Outside of the world of chiropractic, I enjoy sewing with my grandmother, I enjoy meditating with others, beach walks with dogs, bush walks with friends and riding bikes solo. I am thankful to be working alongside my dear cousin Yoshi in the beautiful environment that is Pause Warrnambool.

Bridget is now back at work on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Meet Yoshi

Hi there, I'm Yoshi and I'm a Chiropractor, Yoga Instructor, Dad and aviation nerd.

If you're experiencing back pain, wanting more energy in life and are interested in looking after your body, then we'll work well together!

As a father or 2 beautiful children, I'm fascinated about the growth and development of kids. In furthering my understanding of the developing nervous system of infants I followed the path to learn more, which led me to a two year postgraduate qualification in Paediatric Neurodevelopment.

I'm also currently completing further training in neurodevelopmental disorders with Dr. Rob Melillo through the IAFNR.

I'm a city slicker at heart, growing up in Brunswick, visiting Warrnambool often as a kid. The highlight was always to spend time with my Grandparents and having fun with my cousins. I now feel privileged to call Warrnambool home. We live in the most beautiful place.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll find me out in the ocean swimming with 'The Hellfish', throwing a frisbee or trawling pubmed.

Meet Michelle

Hi, I'm Michelle.

I am a mother of three with a background in health and fitness and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years.

I truly believe that Yoga Is for everyBODY. It doesn’t matter if you can’t touch your toes or if you’ve already mastered headstand. My goal is to help you with your yoga practice in a safe, non judgemental environment and have a little fun along the way.

Combining the traditional teachings of Yoga with postures, breathing and relaxation allow for a whole mind/ body experience.

Meet Dani

Hi, I'm Dani.

Along with my 200hrs yoga teacher training my learning journey continues, now with additional training in the Neuroscience of Yoga, Yoga for Kids and Yin yoga.

I am a high school teacher, a mother of two gorgeous kids and one dog. I love to read, take crisp dips in the ocean, spend time with my husband and friends, go camping and visit family all around Victoria.

As a teen and well into adulthood I struggled with autoimmune arthritis. It was this struggle that led me to practice yoga as a form of exercise. Very quickly yoga became so much more than exercise. It became a way of living more mindfully, peacefully and with more joy.

Meet Alex

Hello there, I’m Alex!

I recently married my partner Dan and it was the most amazing day we could have asked for. We live on our dairy farm in Purnim. I love our life on the farm and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

My love for Pilates started when I studied my first degree Nutritional Medicine (BHSc) at Endeavour College. No other exercise style made me feel as strong, calm and confident in my body as Pilates so  I later did my teacher training.

Most recently, I have completed my masters in education and became a primary school teacher! I love my job at my local school.
